Reaching up, Kevin gently started to stroke the girl’s hair and leaned his head back to be able to look at her a little better. A soft smile filled his face, and he relaxed a little more. The feeling of having clean taken care of wounds was much better than dealing with a sore, infection filled open slice any day.
“Thank you,” his words were soft, and his cheeks were filling with that blush again “I really appreciate it.”
Well… she… doesn’t seem to hate me now… Which is good. Does she like me though? God, stop worrying about it. Worry about getting somewhere safe.
Her brown hues gravitated to his blue ones, her heart skipping beats like crazy. Why was he looking at her like that? Was there something on her face? When he started to stroke her hair she couldn’t help but..she moved closer and pressed her lips softer upon his..noting that her lips were horrifically dry she awkardly licked at them while she let them rest upon his. She had gotten lost in that big movie moment again.
She blushed and tried to clear her throat as she backed up before speaking. “Oh you know, it’s no big deal..just necessary stuff.” She waved her hand at him, brushing off any sort of idea that she did anything other than something that was just average.
